Crystal Tieche began her real estate journey in 2018 and quickly discovered a passion for every aspect of the industry—from negotiations to closing and everything in between. What she loves most, however, is working with people. Crystal prides herself on making the buying and selling process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for her clients. She understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life, and she believes having the right team makes all the difference.

A natural problem solver, Crystal enjoys the intricacies of real estate negotiations and the unique challenges that come with each transaction. She believes every client is special and that no two real estate experiences are alike. Her extensive knowledge and ability to think creatively provide a valuable advantage in today’s market. Crystal works hard—and she plays hard, too.

After living in Germany for two years while her husband completed his military career, Crystal and her family settled in Morrow County. They love the outdoors and, along with their two children, enjoy exploring the trails on their property, fishing, and spending time with their beloved Labradors. Crystal primarily serves Richland, Morrow, Knox, and Marion counties and maintains a strong network of lenders and title professionals to support clients in any situation.
